“BROOKLYN ON THE BRINK” is a window into a lost time and place, as seen through my work as a photojournalist in the “Brownstone Belt.” In my talk, I will also discuss documentary photography then and now, the two very different sides of Brooklyn, and the enduring mysteries and contradictions of America’s most vibrant and dynamic urban scene.
